Michael Hund
Michael Hund

Michael is a brilliant guitarist and great showman who is surrounded by talent. He is field testing a pre-production Onzo33. Michael tells us after a recent recording session at Starfields Productions, that he enjoyed carrying fewer guitars to the studio session because of the versatility of the P33.

We've made design changes since the guitar Michael is playing: Still we think we'll have a tough time getting it out of his hands! Michael tells us that the guitar is "awesome." We're looking forward to a more complete critique from Michael in the near future.

After touring the country through the 80's with One Eye Records' CRASH PONY, the mid 80's with the Jamie Moses Band, and studio recording in Los Angeles and New York City through the 90's, Michael Hund has returned to his roots and made his home In Buffalo; where he has been a constant source of entertainment for over twenty years.

Michael, nicknamed "the Blonde Bombshell" by friends and fans, is one of the most versatile and well respected guitarists in Buffalo. In 1992, Michael was inducted to the Buffalo Music Hall of Fame; an honor bestowed after having won the title of "Best Guitarist in Buffalo" for three consecutive years. He was the youngest inductee in the Hall's history. In 1995, Michael also won the title of "Most Outstanding Guitarist" for the Artvoice Music Awards

Michael has performed with people such as Gary Mallaber of the Steve Miller Band and Eddie Hedges of Blessed Union of Souls; and has recorded countless studio sessions with local and distant musicians.

Michael's face is familiar to the cover of Buffalo Backstage and Artvoice magazines; and recently graces the cover of his latest CD entitled "It's Only Me". This recording offers new textures for acoustic music and, in Michael's own words; the music "is uplifting and makes you feel young.
